About Collaborative Partners
Iām Kylie, the director of Collaborative Partners and a highly experienced NDIS Specialist Support Coordinator.
My professional journey began within the Return to Work Scheme, and for the past five years, I have dedicated myself to the NDIS schemes. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Disability and Developmental Education through Flinders University, I find joy in sharing my newfound knowledge with the participants I am privileged to support. My overarching goal is to empower individuals to live the life of their choosing, emphasizing choice and control with support where requested. Recognizing the uniqueness of each situation and individual, I firmly believe in steering away from a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, my method involves a personalized strategy developed through open discussions with the participant and their support team.
I enjoy this work as it provides opportunity for me to support people to live their best life, their way. My aim is to always empower participants to take ownership of their life whilst providing guidance, assistance and support when needed.
I have worked in different areas of the disability field, including plan management, core supports, accommodation services and support coordination.
I am the fur mum to 2x dogs and 2x chickens, I enjoy keeping fit by running and doing Pilates. In my spare time you will generally see me catching up with friends and family by the beach.
